Ahh yeah it kinda does it does equal a lost sale.
i don't pirate but let's take me for example(i don't buy digital games but no matter),why would i pay 60$ for a game when i can wait for a couple of months and when the pirated version comes i download it beat the game and it's all good.
And when i buy the game i don't even own it and it's full of drm because of those pirates who don't buy the game.
