What is wrong with PC culture and "culture appropriation"

Not a Maher fan...but this was spot on. Some of these apologies don't even make sense. Why in the world does someone need to apologize for dressing as an American Indian character for a party theme that features an American Indian character?

I get that we shouldn't be assholes...but I genuinely can't empathize with thinking that walking on glass in front of everyone is something everyone needs to aspire to.
