China has become so obsessed with stem cell research in the last few years. Last time i remember, the research's only limited to using non-viable embryo.
I got the chance to work with the person who discover crispr/cas (the same tool used for this experiment). I'm sure she didnt expect ppl to use her finding for this kind of research
