Because by all indications it seems like the PS4 is taking January with at least around 40k+. Or am I missing something here.... whats their end game? Lose all the months again then win two or three months at the end of the year and call that momentum?

Yeah MS is probably loseing Jan by like 100k or more to the PS4, in the US.

Im not sure why Xbox only really "try" at the end of the year, to win the holidays instead of also trying the months that lead up to it.

Xbox One sales are going to drop off (abit) leading up to the release of the Scorpio too (because people are waiting for it, instead of buying).
