I even loved Underworld which no one else seemed to like. But this game is the new rock bottom of the series for me. It lacks more creativity than ever before, even more than Angel of Darkness. There's no heart in this game, the devs just rolled with what market researchers told them is the hot shit right now. There weren't many times where I was this disappointed by a game. |
Yeah, Underworld was quite good, maybe not as good as TR1/2, but with that and Anniversary, TR was heading in the right direction...and sales were quite decent, 3.5millions is nothing to scoff at. This modern TR has absolutely nothing to do with proper TRs.
