They have consistently grown year on year since 1999, the issue was the stupid pricing in 1999. They were massively overvalued, just prior to dotcom bubble burst. Even post dotcom they remained significantly overpriced for most of the next decade as they slowly grew into their valuation. Now pricing is about right.
