I can't get 100% behind a statement like this. We can't bottle success and guarentee success to anyone that drinks it but we do know that some bottles do contain success. I believe in 'trends' above every other means of assessment, and that requires time and patience. I think it's best to hold off making assumptions until we have enough data to at least consider a 'probability'.
in short: Let's wait and see. I DO see many indications that Nintendo are doubling down on 'retaining' stalwort Nintendo fans and that could lead to an unsuccessful console when viewed from a wider spectrum, but from Nintendo's perspective it could also be seen as a success.
