Based on the rumors/leaks/vague mention in reviews it seems that it is about 15 hours gameplay/15 cutscene. The epilogue is suppose to contain a giant chunk of them so it won't be 50/50 through out most of the game but you guys do have to remember snake is not living past this game so he will def get a nice oscar like end.
