Is this a personal question, or do you need advice?
Seldom do I have low self esteem, although I used to quite a lot. Lying to yourself or ignoring it is not going to help. Oh, and don't become an attention whore, it's unbearable.
But for me, I just eat lots of candy, go out in the sun, exercise strenuously, and then come home and collapse in my bed in a perfect mix of a sugar crash and fatigue. Then I usually don't care once I wake up. Although that could easily make you gain lots of weight, especially if you have constant low self esteem.
Okay, I'm not going anywhere good with this.
