They can  use all the assets from previous fable and fable legends to make a great Fable game. You don't need the previous studio to make the game. In fact, I would recommend Phil to create a studio in North America and create the Fable game here. Just hire a few British comedians to keep up with the British humour. I believe you will have a better chance at making a game on a timely matter if you made here in the United States.
