its a proto type running early builds of games most likely.
It wouldnt look good, they want to market it right, and "early footage" of a prototype running a early build of some new game, probably isnt the best way to do so.
Give it a few months time.
Come late november you ll be able to buy one.

Probably just means that one of the designs he agreed too try manufacture, showed up on his desk in prototype form.
And it didnt look like crap, or differnt from the design drawing of what hypothetically it might end up looking like.
So he goes "yep this looks right".
