You act like people didn't do it before. Sharing needles is a major way on how it spread in the late 80s and early 90s. You didn't even bother to read it did you? The state had to pay for needle exchange programs to help stem the outbreak. You have never visited the less fortunate have you? Addiction is a serious thing and it makes things that are common sense seem ok to do.

As for visiting the less fortunate, I grew up in a poor third world country. However, I don't visit idiotic people. That's what someone who has unprotected sex or uses a used needle is.
