Are you saying that the lowest income people are stupid enough to share needles? Also, I didn't know that Planned Parenthood in the US is responsible for drug usage control.
The only one arguing here is you with some nonsensical statement about how one person caused an HIV outbreak.
And you don't need to be a shining beacon of light to have protected sex - it's common sense.
