In terms of real world performance, I dont think it ll be possible in 2017.
Maybe once they have perfected 5nm node?
Intel "should" have 5nm in 2022.
Arm? abit lateron, but Id like to see what the ARM chip of 2024 looks like.
By then? they might be able to do a mobile phone equal to a PS4.
