ARM says mobile devices will be more powerful than PS4, XB1 by end of 2017

I have serious doubts about this....
show me a smart phone that has 176 GB/s memory bandwidth & 1.84 FP32 gpu compute power.

Seeing is believeing.
I want to see a phone do a demanding PS4 game, same resolution, to a TV screen.
Until then.... Im calling BS on this :p
