Depending on interpretation, it could be. If those 4 players who were in an offside position, even if they didn't touch the ball, were perceived to be in a way interfering with the keeper because of their presence in that position, it can be counted as offside.
... this is an example of what bullcrap the offside rule has become. Was so much easier when it was "don't be between the last defender and keeper when the ball is played forward". In the case above it would be offside, everyone would know it's offside and the discussion would have ended.
So Fonte looks like he might move for £10mil to West Ham. Like what? His big money move was never going to happen in the summer because it was pure speculation now he's taking a side step for the money?... sorry his agent is getting a nice sign on fee bonus.
