Whatever you have against the XB1, no matter how reasonable it seems to you; is going to be subjective.
As such, anyone that doesn't just call you a troll and actually tries to answer you, will give you purely subjective answers. (I don't think you are trolling by the way, I ask the exact same questions too).
But I will tell you what it really is, I believe majority of gamers have a bias. Its almost inevitable. Brand loyalty. Most won't admit it, and some are way worse than others. There are a few, maybe around 10% of gamers that don't have a bias and usually can afford to buy everything. But those that cant afford to buy everything, that always have to choose something over the other, will develop some sort of Bias over time.
The thing about this bias, is that gamers will always come up with reasons to justify it. And make no mistake, they really truly believe that their reasons are genuine even if in truth said reasons are all just subjective.
| nanarchy said: is it really that hard to understand that other people have different priorities than you? personally I look at a PS4 and can't see a single reason to buy one and I have been waiting since launch for a reason to get one. (I don't have a console allegience, I usually end up with all though I skipped Wii U) |
See what I mean? Take him for instance (sorry in advance for using you as an example to prove my point) such a gamer will tell you that there is no reason to own this or that or that he is not biased and gets everything. Yet he has somehow not found a reason to get two of the three existing consoles. Yet he will say theer is no reason to get a PS4 while if you ask someone else (eg me) I will tell you that there are tons of reasons.
As I said, gamers are biased.
