I said it didn't. The Switch still doesn't get good battery life even with the SoC underclocked to 307.2mhz.

They cut corners.

But it also means they can make allot of improvements in the revision in a year or two's time like they typically do. (Bigger screen, bigger battery, more cats.)
That is what I am looking forward to at the moment.
