Android and iOS? Have u ever played any "serious" game for Android or iOS? Touch controls are a total joke. The only people they'll really reach are people with high-end Android set-top boxes who like to use it as a gaming device, which is a very small community. Mobile gaming might be lucrative, but the best games on these platforms are touch optimized games like Angry Birds or Hearthstone, and even then mobile gaming is a joke. |
Yea I have a Google account which I don't even log into that has a few games that I bought. One is like Advance Wars and another is like Panzer General. Turn based strategy games seem like a decent fit but most genres don't translate well to touch or motion only. I don't even bother with mobile games anymore and stick to 3DS. I need my buttons.
Most people don't buy the controllers that are available to mobile gaming and the ones that do are probably more serious gamers. The casual crowd is just filled with women in their 50s playing candy crush for free without paying.
