Suikoden - Classic jrpg style, good story, 108 different playable characters, all of them very different from each other, combos, cool magic system, in recent games the very formation of the characters changes the manner in which you play, whats not to like about this game?
Final Fantasy -I love that this franchise reinvents itself with each new entry that I don't ever feel tired of it, yet every new entry has an amazing world design, enemies, lore and music.
Dragon Quest - Classic jrpg in its purest form with Toriyama style animation? Im in.
The legend of Zelda - Read "Final fantasy".
