Yeah, I can understand you. I also have a major depression because I suffer from a chronic chest pain and anxiety disorder. It affects pretty much everything I do and it's hard to remain positive sometimes, lol. I'm basically always in pain. I take Venlafaxine, Risperidon, tranxene and some new medication I'm only on since this week, but I don't know what it's called. I'm getting a bone scintigraphy soon, so hopefully they find something there. Although I'm not really hopeful, since I've had this pain since 2011.
