Yeah, I can understand you. I also have a major depression because I suffer from a chronic chest pain and anxiety disorder. It affects pretty much everything I do and it's hard to remain positive sometimes, lol. I'm basically always in pain. Exercising (running, TRX, etc.) hurts my chest even more, but I still do it to keep myself busy. I went from 92.5 kg to 67.5 kg in a year or so.
