I had written a response to your thread but it got locked for absolutely no reason and this was created. So I'll put my response here:
You clearly know nothing about women, and have done three things wrong: 1. You got defensive when she complained about your response time. Don't do this, as it then makes her feel needy/over-extended in her concern. 2. You complained about her response time to you which makes you sound needy. Definitely don't do this. 3. You bashed yourself saying it must be because you are not interesting. Never, ever do this as it makes you sound pathetic. In a string of interactions you have come across as dsismisive to her, needy, self-concious and then pathetic. None of this is appealing to a woman and it doesn't make her want to interact with you. She's looking for a friend, not a dependent. If she needs to build you up while being criticsized by you, what is she getting out of this exchange?
If you want to attemp to salvage this situation, your only solution is to wait a small period of time, then reach out and say "Sorry about how I acted the other day, I was having a bad day. School/worked sucked and I was hoping to play some PS4 with you, since you are always so positive and fun, I figured that would put me in a great mood so I was a bit disspointed when you weren't available and I acted stupid as a result. Wanna play some GTA?"
