As of now, Nintendo's paid online plans and the accessory prices for Switch are just horrible, and 1-2 Switch might just be the single most cringe-worthy thing they've ever created.

On the other hand, I do think they got a fair bit right as well; having Zelda at launch, Splatoon 2 in the system's first year, and making the true Mario 64 sequel fans have been waiting for since the 90s, for instance.

It's all a very mixed bag.

Paid online is by far the biggest issue. But, to be honest, we don't know anything about it. Yep, that awful "rent the game for a month" thing. But maybe we don't have to pay as much as 5€ a month. I prefer to wait and make my mind about it. Accesories are overpriced, but I can live with it (10€ probably more than the competition is... not good, but I can live with it). I think that if Nintendo now decides to make a decent online service at a reasonable price, a lot of the criticism will vanish.
