I mean the types that pay 1000 out of pocket to get the newest shinest phone each year.  

 

i have never met anyone who does that, I'd say like 99% of people either go the subsidized route or pay out of pocket for the lower end $100-200 phones.

Very few people are paying $1000 upfront for a phone.
