They way I see it, you'll play for some long period of time (which is assuredly less than 20hrs) and then you'll place them back on the console. By the time you come back (likely over night etc), they will be fully charged again.

I think this one is a meh issue at most.

I'm more worried about how they handle VC and price of online service considering the rape-mentality demonstrated on some of the hardware/games.

So you are proposing that after each play session people should stand up and walk all the way to the console to get the Joy-cons charged? Are you sure that you are a US citizen?

While I enjoy my laziness, trust me, its fantastic and I'm great at it. I am obnoxious about putting my tech away. I can't stand it when people leave controllers, games, etc out. People need to get up and put it back on the console to charge.
