When each joy-con last 20 hours, that is a non-issue.

So nintendo has those interested paying $30 more to buy a second grip that has what is basically a USB passthrough for power And thats not an issue?

It doesn't matter if the battery lasts 100hrs... its just stupid. Imagine I am playing on my TV with the grip, battery goes dead... so my only option would then be to stop playing on my TV and start playing in tablet mode and tethered to a USB cable for charging so I can charge the joycons?

When they could have just put a USB port on the grip too (this would have cost them no more than $1 to do).

smh.... I think i can see why nintendo keeps doing shit like this.

NS tech guy : Ok, so thast the grip..... but wait we have to put in a USB C port in there so people can charge the joycons and game on the big screen at the same time.

NS Suit: Yh thats true, but fuck it.... make a seperate grip so they can buy that too.

NS tech guy: great idea!! that would cost us all of $5, we can charge them $10 for the grip with the USB passthrough.

NS Suit: Errrr, lets just make it $30.

Nintendo Fan: Yup,  dont be stupid you are just hating on nintendo. If you want to charge the joycons just connect it to the console when its docked. Or just buy the charging grip if its that important to you, its only $30.

Well, if you somehow manage to deplete the joy con battery while you are playing a game, then Im sorry, but you are a fool.

And I mean, a dualshocker 4 lasts 6 hours and has the same "problem".How in the hell a sane mind think that just because the damn grip dosent come bundled witht he battery think its bad.

Seriosly guys, I know the Switch has its problems, but thats just hating for the sake of hate.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
