I think TLOU's AI is one of the worst things in existence personally, and it could've been infinitely better judging from Ellie's boss fight with the cannibal guy (David) having no problems in comparison to the main infected enemies throughout the game. I really only enjoyed TLOU's story having beaten the game 3 times (2x on hard and once on grounded) and didn't care for the level design or gameplay. So we're on opposite sides of the sepctrum. That being said I liked Uncharted 4 and I don't generally like 3rd person shooters. I fell asleep playing the Tomb Raider reboot. I like all the Uncharted games moderately and I only did not enjoy Uncharted 3. I understand why the linearity bothers you. It bothers me as well. I can't take points off of a linear game for being linear though personally. You might've enjoyed it more had you started with UC1 or 2.
