I think they're trying (again) to have a console that's friendly to both casual gamers and seasoned gamers. Something they tried with the Wii U and failed to achieve. If the no-screen gaming concept takes off, then it just might happen. I'm not holding my breath, though. And I just want to be able to play my Nintendo IPs anyways, so I'm not invested in that aspect of it. But I wish them luck.
