That tweet is a joke, its not written by the Donald, altough I think we could all see him writing something like that, I am sure he is more of a supporter of the Xbox then the PS4, altough all consoles run on either full AMD or full Nvidia technology and most game-developers are western at this time. So I am sure the PS4 and Switch will also produce plenty of jobs and profit for the US.
Even more sober, I am quite sure without the success of the PS4 and Xbox One AMD would have gone bankrupt years ago.
