This forum is nothing but a circle-jerk. Feeling threatened by the newcomer, wild sonyponies and xbots exhibit overly aggressive behaviour, because god forbid a console that's not theirs ends up becoming successful. I mean when the top discussions regularly consist of "Switch will do worse than Wii U" or "Nintendo should go third party" etc etc then it's obvious that forums like this are so disconnected from the general consumer base/public opinion. I've even posted several times before that Switch is a handheld that can act as a console, 2 in 1, and replaces the 3ds also, therefore it will get Pokemon, Monster Hunter, 2D Zeldas and 2D Marios on top of the types of games already announced, with so many still being kept secret, and yet the armchair analysts here still claim it will sell less than the Wii U. In terms of Nintendo going third party, there won't be a platform for them to do this on if Sony continues into financial oblivion and Microsoft decides it's too unprofitable to continue. Nintendo is sitting on BILLIONS and ALWAYS profits. Sony is struggling because all of their other ventures are dragging down PS with it. Microsoft will lose interest, as Xbox One won't even break 50 mil lifetime sales. Nothing but stupidity on this site.
