He didn't tone down his bullshit even after he was elected. The first press conference was the perfect sign that nothing in his rhetoric will change. It has come to a point where his lies and ridiculous comments have become nothing to be outraged anymore but to be expected. There is zero value in his words so all we can do is see what he actually does since we know his words much like facts mean nothing to him either.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
