a lot of indie games are downloadable only and are in the ballpark of 2-4 Gb.
32 Gb is pretty small no matter how you look at it.
...and don't tell me to just buy a replacement card like that solves everything. a 128 Gb card is around $40 and just another needless expense on top of an already overpriced console with overpriced controllers/accessories.
