Russia also doesn't like Israel much / at all.
But whatever the schizophrenic approach the US admin is gonna take between Russia and Israel, I don't know how bombing Syria is a strategically good move by israel. Doesn't really matter which side wins the Syria civil war because both sides probably hate Israel equally. So really Israel should just sit on the sidelines and watch, knowning that while Muslims are fighting among themelves they are not paying quite as much attention to their goal of the destruction of Israel.
