Well i guess it all comes down to how dreams will perform.

Don't know i would like it too tbh if they invested in a new studio.

Yeah Sucker Punch could be closed and Guerrila could sink too it all depends onthem how HZD performs.

MM didn't invest in a new studio rather they rented space at a techno park so 5 or 6 staff who live in the area didn't have to travel.

What I see as the problem with Sony's UK studios is most don't have their own IP's to help sustain them and allow them to time to nuture future new IP's,

Take Guerrilla it had Killzone and that allowed it to time and space to develop Horizon, while Guerilla Cambridge had to rely on what ever projects it was fed

and this means that they are hamstrung and apart from being first party, are really not much different to studios who do contract work or remasters who go from job to job and even when a contract is a success , the only benefit they get is reputational  and that hopefully allows them to get more work , it also stops your  team from honing their non technical skills and attracting people  who want to utilise their creativity.

It really sucks for the Guys who were working there.

But Cambridge could have taken on the Killzone Series i mean they made one of the best games of the entire franchise and arguably one of the best games on Vita.

And yup when they send there CV first thing is sure "SIE (Guerrila Cambridge)" i just hope they will find a job soon.
