It really is a shame that the media is still harping on that story. One of McCain's top advisers lobbied for the Burmese government (he's resigned from the campaign) and we barely heard a thing about that.

Cause he was forced to resign... so don't see your point. He was a lobbiest. He was found out, and he was asked to resign. Story over.

There isn't much to talk about, as campaigns are large orginzations where people are going to be corrupt. Just like the government.

If you appoint people you trust and know. You just get a lot of incompetents like the Bush Administration.

The true test is how you handle corrupt people when you find out about them.

John McCain passed that test.

You mean cheating on your wife after she's had a bad car accident is OK, but having a looney pastor is not?

Yeah. That was relevent.

Oh wait, it wasn't. Did you used to work for the Bush campaign?  That's what is really driving me away from the democrats this race.  They are following the Bush playbook closer then Mccain when it comes to dirty politics 101.

He cheated on his wife... considering that the best president in the last 40+ years cheated on his wife i'd say that it really doesn't have any reflection with how well he will be president.

You can bring up mistakes left and right all day. Like Obama's Cocaine use. But once again, the best president in the last 40+ years or so used Marijuana. (and I imagine cocaine but just didn't cop to it.)

It's still not really relevent to the fact that McCain gets rid of people who are corrupt or who he thinks is wrong immediatly. While it took Obama like 10+ years. He knew Wright had made similar comments he said as much. Just that he hadn't heard that particular sermon they refrenced.
