All devs will be there.

The "it'll change if Switch takes off" is not a great stragegy either. The Switch won't take off that well if there isn't third party support in the first year. And the developers won't magically develop a game for Switch in a few months after the launch if they're not working on it already. The "let's all wait to see if it sells first" is a great way for a product to never really take off.
