There might only be like 15m PS Vita users, but they buy games for it, and 3rd party carry it.

Weird Jap games and Indie garbage obviously don't count as nobody outside if Japan want those.

 

It's dead. Like the WiiU... actually the WiiU has had a worthwhile game or two in the last few years so even worse.
