Thanks to obamacare and other regulations created under Obama, the full-time high paying jops disappeared because employers can't deal with so many of these regulations. These jobs are now gone and replaced by part-time low paying jobs. Thanks Obama. Now people need to find 2-3 part-time jobs instead of one full time.
