Uhm...no...that does have to do with efficiency. Technology and how it ruins has to do with efficiency. A power PC chip runs hotter and does less things than an intel  chip that does more work - which is more  efficient? That's not an exact analogy of the situation but it's just an analogy - a point. There is such thing as technilogical efficiency, i'm not just talking about in terms of power to cost ratio, i'm also  talking about how well handled and crafted the system is. Stop being childish and defending a product that was mediocre at best and a mess at worst. It wasn't terrible, but then again I don't have one.

"You talk about the system crashing and overheating like it's a widespread generalized issue. It's not."

That depends entirely on what you call "widespread". From what I can tell it has a higher failure rate than the Playstation 4 or Xbox One(s) ... I hear all the time that "Oh this guys Pro failed" or "Oh my pro failed" and that's something I never heard with the PS4. Has it never happened to the ps4 slim or other consoles? No. Is it as "widespread" as the red ring of death for the 360? No. But it's an issue that's definitely arisen since the consoles release and i have no doubt that when a study is conducted the failure rate will be worse than the original 8th gen consoles(though you can probably expect the same from a console).

"You talk about it running games worse than the original, that's obviously a software issue and is purely on a game by game basis. This would have held some water if Sony made every single game on the PlayStation. They don't. "

The Last of Us remastered is one of the games running worse on the PRO. I've also heard some people say The Last Guardian was worse in a few selects parts of the game than the regular game, and they literally brought in the lead designer of the PS4 to help along the development of The Last Guardian(but to most people it is doing better than the regular ps4 so that's good).

"Reliability and consistency are all very different things from efficiency. My statement is based on the PS4pro being "efficient" hardware. And I've stated my reasons. "

Uhm....if you make a system at 400$, with hardware that can run games near 4k, at a consumer level grade that's affordable, AND is reliable and consistent...that's efficiency. If it isn't consistent or reliable...that's not efficient. Don't be like this bro, you're not even making sense. I'm not slamming the Pro - frankily i'm kind of glad they just released a subpar 4k device because it's almost pointless for console owners anyways. I'll probably buy one eventually and never buy a scorpio. But it's not like reliability and consistency has NOTHING to do with efficiency. it does. You seem to only be talking about economic efficiency...and that's fine. But if the pro ran always consistent and was always reliable than it would be the most efficient machine ever. But often, maybe not that often, but more often than other consoles - it doesn't. Damn I feel like i'm walking on egg shells cause you have to excuse something as not having to do with efficiency.

Ok. I'll just take it as that you do not know the difference between reliable and efficient.

And that talk about overheating and breaking down PS4s is BS. Unless you are basing that all on crapgamer and your anecdotal evidence. I have not heard a single person say their PS4pro overheated. You see? Now take that as fact if you want.
