I don't like it, I prefer the 32 team edition. I like the fact that there is a "group of death", we get interesting matches there 

We weren't going to avoid an expansion of the World Cup. Football is already a mature market in Europe and South America, but Africa and Asia still offer plenty of opportunity for growth. Money stands above everything else.

More teams, but still the same amount of group stage games, that's a compromise I can live with.

Yeah, it was just my prefference, kind of inevitable

Anyway, what pissed me off  a little was the distribution of new spots. Conmebol get 2 new ones while Concacaf gets 3
