Man celebrating vote to repeal Obamacare learns he is on Obamacare

I think the issue is the goal of Obamacare makes sense but the mechanics of it are deeply flawed..

Instead of being repealed the plan should be reformed to reduce its negative effects and to ensure its sustainability.

However with both sides in a quasi Civil War right now I highly doubt that.
