Well the truth is that the Xbox One is a lot more successful than a lot of people think it is, but that's not an excuse for how bad it's doing in other western territories. And for gamers...Microsoft this generation is doing terrible. They're trying to make up for it with cheap conveniences(Games with Gold is amazing, and backwards compatibility is great) but not much else.
