So it would still be basically the same box I have under my television right now except that it would be digital only? Sorry I really don't know what a steam machine is. If it was still as convenient to use as a console compared to PC and I could use xbox controller, account etc then sure I'd buy it.
edit. if this steam machine should somehow be "powered" by PC then no, I wouldn't buy it. I'd buy PS4 Pro. I'd cry while buying it, but I would.
