It's designed to provide healthcare to those who wouldn't have otherwise qualified. I loved it when I was underemployed (full time at minimum wage). When I got a better job I lost Obamacare for crapper employer based coverage. Now I work for a fortune 100 company and have the worst coverage of the three - no joke.
