I see one thing and speak my thoughts.: Xbox One: Features Features and all games on PC. PS4: Games Games and many Exclusives. This feeling conveys Microsoft. Not a huge fan of JP games when i get a PS4 it will be mostly for western games.

I doubt Neir is as big as Scalebound. They can make smaller games like ninja turtles, neir beyo but games like Scalebound seems to much for them.

More likely the amount of games they have in development along with Scalebound. Just now they have 4 or did have 4.
