Yeah and the Steam box wasn't pushed or hardly marketed so basically is was a console targeted at the PC crowd which was always destined to fail. No PC gamer will buy a Steam box, the price and lack of awareness will eliminate any interst from the casual crowd and the hardcore consle gamers will stick with their platform of choice.

It would have made zero differnce.

Consumers are too smart these days, and it was kinda obvious this was a turd.... them polishing it up, would just have been them throwing away money.
