It had no exclusives, you couldnt play on any old pc you had instead. The biggest issue is that it is too expensive. ANd the argument that it will give you the advantages of PC gaming will all mostly on deaf ears as the PC market is not particularly interested since they have, ya know, a PC. And console gamers mostly clearly don't care or they would be on PC. And mods and other conveniences are showing up on consoles now making the argument even less compelling.
