My prediction it will have 54 CU with GPU core clock 900mhz, resulting on 6 terraflop

That would give it 6.22 Teraflops.

40 CU's seems more likely.
2560 Shaders * 2 instructions * 1166 to 1200 is about the 6 Teraflop level.

One of the main goals of Vega is for it to be clockrate optimized, it should also mean a chip of that size isn't stupidly expensive to make.

I am agree with u i  think it has under clocked Vega (less Cu then Vega but more CU then Polaris)

If PS4 pro GPU Polaris has 36 CU , with GPU core clock 900 mhz resulting on 4.2 terraflop, Then Vega will have 72 CU (double the Polaris CU). But Xbox One will have 6 terraflop then it's mean, Xbox One logically will have less CU then the Vega and will have similar GPU core clock speed with PS4 pro.

My prediction it will have 54 CU with GPU core clock 900mhz, resulting on 6 terraflop

Vega doesn't double the performance of Polaris on CU alone. (Remember Polaris had a shader count of 2304. Vega is likely 4096)

A chunk of the extra performance is thanks to new efficiency gains and being clockrate optimized like Pascal.

Where are people getting the 54 CU idea from?
54 CU * 64 = 3,456 shaders * 2 instructions * 900mhz clockrate = 6.22 Teraflops.

GPU: Scorpio is said to be 6 tflop and PS4 Pro is 4.2 tflop. That's a 42% improvement in flops, and we could be potentially looking at an even bigger real world advantage if Scorpio is using Vega, due to architectural enhancements.

So basically, you were being inaccurate. Flops isn't an accurate denomination when you are comparing completely different chips.
There is a good chance Scorpio could double the performance of the PS4 Pro.

CPU: I got those from the various wikipedia pages for AMD's CPU architectures. AMD claims Zen is a 40% IPC improvement over Excavator. Excavator can process up to 15% more instructions per clock than Bulldozer. Bulldozer is a 9% single thread and an 18% multi-thread IPC improvement over Piledriver. As far as I know, Piledriver formed the basis for the mobile Jaguar chip (both released around the same time). So in theory at least, the upcoming mobile variant of Zen, which Scorpio would most likely be using if it is using Zen, should offer at least a 60% IPC improvement over Jaguar, maybe more.

Jaguar is a cat core. It is an evolution of Bobcat, it is not based upon AMD's bulldozer or it's derivatives.
It is not related to the Bulldozer/Piledriver/Steamroller/Excavator of CPU's. So that kinda' throws out all your ideas on efficiency out the window.

RAM: Scorpio is said to be 320 GB/s while PS4 is 218 GB/s, which comes out to 46% improvement. The possible 12 GB of memory comes from Digital Foundry's analysis of the Scorpio reveal video, where they noticed 12 memory modules on the CGI mock-up of Scorpio's motherboard.

But that isn't real world effective bandwidth.

The difference is likely to be even larger.
