Really, the Japanese government should drastically cut the workweek and curtail overwork more strictly. Many people in the business sector just don't have a lot of time and not a lot of vacation days which is detrimental to family time, contributing to very low birthrates.

Even when they have vacation days, they don't use it. The Japanese government created quite a lot of national holidays to push people to stop working and spending more money.

And from what I've seen, condoms really are the last reason for the low birthrate...
